Spring 2023 Summers Landing Spruce Up

The HOA Board of Directors would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to all of our residents who acted on our Spring 2023 Summers Landing spruce up appeal. We've noticed many freshly power washed houses, newly painted mail support structures, and shutters that were obviously cleaned or painted. These are the kind of things that are noticed first, enhance curb appeal, and show off our community as the beautiful place it is.

Your Board of Directors stives to help our residents maintain property values by encouraging homeowners to keep their lots looking good. It helps when homeowners anticipate beautification needs before the HOA has to notify people.

Your Board of Directors believes that the best government is the least government, but that only works when all homeowners do their share to make sure that their lot contributes to, rather than detracts from, the overall attractiveness of our community.
