Happy New Year! We hope you had a most enjoyable holiday and are now ready to face what we hope will be a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
This mailing contains the following items:
This letter with a copy of the 2025 HOA Budget on the reverse side. You will notice that it is again a balanced budget. However, due to increasing prices, we have had to again increase the annual assessment from $210 to $220. We did finally convince VDOT to repave our steadily deteriorating roads.
A copy of your annual assessment due January 31, 2025. Please pay the invoice promptly in order to avoid monthly late fees. The easiest payment method is to log onto https://elitecm.cincwebaxis.com and follow the prompts. If you prefer to pay by check, please be sure to follow the directions on your invoice. It is especially important to write your Summers Landing account number on your check.
A list of Board meeting dates for 2025.
Please be reminded that the annual meeting will again take place in May of 2025 and every year thereafter to avoid meeting cancellations due to weather, encourage greater attendance, and provide elderly residents with mostly daylight driving times.
