Dear Homeowner:

Happy New Year!  We hope you had a most enjoyable holiday and are now ready to face what we hope will be a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.

Our January 2024 mailing contained the following four items:

1.       This letter with a copy of the 2024 HOA Budget on the reverse side.  You will notice that it is again a balanced budget.  However, due to increasing prices, we have had to increase the annual assessment from $200 to $210.  We are proud that due to careful financial management, we have been able to keep the assessment at $200 for most of the 25 years since the founding of the Summers Landing HOA.

2.       A copy of your annual assessment due January 31, 2024.  Please pay the invoice promptly in order to avoid monthly late fees.  The easiest payment method is to log onto  https://elitecm.cincwebaxis.com and follow the prompts.

3.       A document (3 pages) outlining other payment options. 

4.       A list of Board meeting dates for 2024.

Please be reminded that the annual meeting will take place in May of 2024 and every year thereafter to avoid meeting cancellations due to weather, encourage greater attendance, and provide elderly residents with daylight driving times.
