The open meeting law requires that all Board meetings, including working sessions, must be open to the membership. To meet this requirement, the Summers Landing Board of Directors has scheduled Board meetings & events for the following dates:

Meetings start promptly at 7 PM.

The Board has scheduled more meetings than it expects to use because it is easier to cancel meetings than to schedule them. Therefore, if you wish to attend one or more of these meetings (except for the annual meeting), please call the management company at (540) 371-0652 one or two days before the meeting to get the meeting location and to make sure the meeting has not been cancelled.
Please understand that you may only attend as a spectator. With the exception of the annual meeting, residents may not participate in the meetings except during the resident forum, although the Board has not found it necessary to be overly strict in enforcing this requirement.
If you plan to attend board meetings on a regular basis you may so inform the management company ((540) 371-0652) who will then arrange for you to be notified of all meetings by email. This request must be renewed at the beginning of each calendar year.
