HOA Street Lights
If you notice a street light out or not working properly, please report it to your power company, Elite Community Management or Summers Landing's HOA Board President, Mr. John Thyen, at jdthyen@gmail.com.
If you have a street light on your property, please be sure to keep the shrubs and trees from blocking the light or the photoelectric cell on the pole. If the photoelectric cell is blocked, the street light is likely to be on 24 hours a day, which is not only a waste of energy, but is also something for which the HOA is billed.
We have two utility companies that service our Summers Landing community: Rappahannock Electric Cooperative and Dominion Energy. Any street light on or near your property will probably be the same as the one that services your home.
Just a reminder that since each resident controls the kinds of vegetation that grow on their property, each resident is responsible to keep the street lights on their proptery from being blocked by trees and bushes.
